Our standard shipping does not include a tracking number. Only our express shipping option includes a tracking number. If this causes any inconvenience, please send us a message! Our shipping rates are determined based on your state and/or zip code, with the possibility of additional taxes on delivery fees depending on your location.
When it comes to returns, our aim is for you to cherish your unique jewelry. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, please reach out to us via Instagram. Please note that all customers have a 15-day window from the delivery date to initiate a return for their jewelry pieces, and each item must be in its original condition and packaging. Shipping back fees must be paid by the customer. After we receive the return and conduct a thorough evaluation, you will receive a store credit that can be effortlessly applied during the checkout of your next order.
For damaged jewelry, you have up to 30 days after delivery to contact us and receive a store credit. Please be aware that earrings are exempt from our return policy due to sanitary considerations. Additionally, damaged jewelry resulting from customer negligence will not qualify for a store credit. Carefully read caring tips to take proper care of said delicate jewelry pieces.
