Terms of service

Please note that I make all the jewelry by hand and that you will not be receiving the same jewelry you see in the pictures. All crystals come in different shapes, sizes and even color. You will be receiving a similar model!

Depending on the number of items it can take up to 5 business days to complete the order.

If you need the jewelry quicker than that, accommodations are possible! (As long as given a proper time frame of at least a week) 

All customers are responsible for providing all the correct information needed to proceed with the order. The information includes customizable options (sizes, wire colors, and different jewelry styles) as well as the shipping address. If an incorrect order detail or shipping address is provided, please contact us immediately via Instagram in order for us to make a correction.
