When it comes to returns, our aim is for you to cherish your unique jewelry. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, please reach out to us via Instagram. Please note that all customers have a 15-day window from the delivery date to initiate a return for their jewelry pieces, and each item must be in its original condition. After we receive the return and conduct a thorough evaluation, you will receive a store credit that can be effortlessly applied during the checkout of your next order. For damaged jewelry, you have up to 30 days after delivery to contact us and receive a store credit. Please be aware that earrings are exempt from our return policy due to sanitary considerations. Additionally, damaged jewelry resulting from customer negligence will not qualify for a store credit.
